Introduction to Plans

Webround offers a modular and transparent pricing model. Each subscription is designed to cover the specific infrastructure costs of your project, ensuring scalability and high performance.

The Two Subscription Targets​

Depending on your needs, you can activate a subscription for one or both of the platform's main modules:

1. Webround Sites​

This subscription focuses on your online presence. It covers hosting costs, global site provisioning via our Edge Network (CDN), and traffic management for your end users. It is essential for those who wish to publish a site on a custom domain with enterprise-grade performance.

2. Webround Commerce​

This subscription focuses on commercial operations. It covers infrastructure costs related to Store management: dynamic databases, product search indices, order management, checkout, and customer authentication.

Fee Structure​

Regarding online sales, it is important to distinguish between the two parties involved in the payment process:

  • Webround: The Commerce subscription includes a transaction fee to cover the technical management of sales flows.
  • Stripe: As the payment gateway provider, Stripe applies its own standard rates.

:::warning Webround has no control over Stripe's rates. Webround's fees are independent and are added to those of the payment processor. :::​

To view detailed costs, commission percentages, and plan limits, select the section of interest:

Transparent Management

All your subscriptions are securely managed through the Stripe customer portal, where you can download invoices, change plans, or cancel renewal at any time.

To reach the customer portal, go to Account > Subscriptions. If you do not see the "Go to Stripe" button, refresh the 'Subscriptions' section using the refresh icon.
