The template we're replicating shows a product section as an entry point for the Catalog. To create the same section in Webround, we need to create some products first.

Let's go to the drafts page and click on the access store button. Navigate to the products entry in the lateral menu. Take note that Webround differentiates between products and variants. Products act as containers for variants because each product might be sold in different options. Each variant represents an option or a set of options that uniquely define what the customer is purchasing.

In this example, we're creating a product for Cera Mugs that can have different colors or even sizes. Use the product to contain all variants under the same group and define each color option as a different variant so that users can choose each color for the same product in your store. We will create a black Cera Mug and a green Cera Mug.

To group them under the same product, we'll create the Cera Mug product first. Let's start with the blue add button. The name is Cera Mug while the HTML description is the one shown in the website. It can contain lists, links, and decorated text. The SEO description is the one provided to bots and search engines. It's best to keep it short.

Use the visible flag to hide the product from your store. Remember that every variant has its own visibility too. If a product is visible and variant is hidden, it will not be shown in the group with other variants

Since we're simulating a standard e-commerce, we're going to define a shipping delivery method on this product. This means that we want to integrate shipping logic to determine costs and feasibility before proceeding to the checkout.

At this moment, ignore other information. We will go through these later. Click Save to create the new product and a default variant.

Now that the Cera Mug is created, we can navigate its variants. To do this, simply click the name or the arrow next to the name. To edit a variant or a product, click on the editing button or the image. This will open an editing form.

The most important things here are the name, the slug, and the SKU. The slug is the part of URL that users see when they visit this product page in your store. Each slug must be unique, just like the SKU. In addition to the SKU, you can define EAN or MPN codes to enrich your product.
