Webround Documents
Webround Documents is the platform's native tool designed to extend your digital presence, allowing you to create professional graphic and documentary material in just a few clicks.
No-Code Productivity
Documents reuses the power and simplicity of the Webround drag & drop editor. You don't have to learn new tools: if you know how to edit a page on your site, you already know how to create a document.
The system is based on an intuitive workflow:
- Choose a starting point: Start from a blank template (Empty Document) or a custom template you have created.
- Personalize: Use drag-and-drop to insert text and images and modify the layout.
- Save and Export: Once the work is completed, you can save the project in your personal space or export it (PDF, PNG, WebP).
Privacy and Storage
Security and confidentiality are the pillars of Webround Documents:
- Reserved Access: Any template, document, or image uploaded is strictly private. No one, outside of the owner user, can access the content.
- Reserved Storage: Documents uses a storage space separate from your Drafts. This means that the assets from your sites are not directly reusable here. A document is an entity linked to your user profile and not to the subscription of a single site.
Reusable Templates
Unlike websites, Documents focuses on repeatability. You can configure your personal templates to quickly generate:
- Personalized invoices and quotes.
- Product data sheets (integrating data from your Store).
- Social media graphics or communication plans.
Plans and Limitations (Beta)
Currently, Webround Documents is in its Beta phase and is offered as a free tool for all registered users. There are no dedicated subscription plans, and the usage limits are fixed for each account:
- Documents: Maximum of 100 documents can be created.
- Templates: Maximum of 25 custom templates can be saved.
- Storage: 1 GB maximum space for your documentary assets.
If you reach one of these limits, simply delete obsolete documents or templates to free up space and continue producing.
